Andaman Group showcases latest projects at Boulevard Shopping Mall

KUCHING: Andaman Property Management Sdn Bhd (Andaman Group), a well-established property management company is exhibiting three of its latest projects at Boulevard Shopping Mall here this weekend (August 28 to 30).

Andaman Group in a statement said those projects comprise of serviced apartment, small-office-home-office (SOHO) and condominium.

The property management company noted the serviced apartment known as ARC@Austin Hills is located at Mount Austin, Johor Bahru, which is approximately 17 minutes from the Johor Bahru Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) complex and 10 minutes from Johor Bahru city centre.

Andaman Group said the serviced apartment consists of three blocks with a total of 1,843 units.

The property management company added each block is divided into three different built-up areas of 600 square feet (sqft), 850 sqft and 900 sqft respectively and the land tenure is freehold.

The company revealed that some of the facilities available at the services apartment include Olympic-sized swimming pool, jacuzzi, wellness garden, gated and guarded with multi-tiered security, squash courts and more than 3,000 carkpark bays.

Andaman Group observed that some of the amenities located nearby ARC@Austin Hills include Austin Heights Golf and Hotel Resort, Austin Heights Water Theme Park (scheduled to be opened in 2016), Sunway College, Austin Heights Private and International School, KFCH International School, Foon Yew 5 Primary Chinese School, Fairview International School, Hospital Sultan Ismail, AEON Tebrau City, Tesco Tebrau City and Econsave Hypermarket.

The property management company said the group is offering units at the serviced apartment at affordable prices ranging from RM270,000 to RM450,000.

It pointed out that potential Bumiputera buyers will be given 15 per cent discount while non-Bumiputera buyers will be offered five per cent discount.

Andaman Group said the project is in the midst of performing pilling work and is expected to be ready in 2019.

Additionally, Andaman Group said the company is also promoting the small office, home office (SOHO) known as Evo SOHO Suites located at Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor.

The company noted Evo SOHO Suites comprises of two tower blocks of SOHO that are built on top of a four-storey EVO Shopping Centre, facing the main road of Persiaran Bangi and right in the heart of Bangi central business district (CBD).

The company said the SOHO, a joint venture development between Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) and Andaman Development Sdn Bhd consists of a total of 704 units.

Andaman Group said among the facilites available at the SOHO are swimming pools and gymnasium.

It observed some of the amenities located nearby are Bandar Baru Bangi town centre, Kompleks PKNS and McDonald’s drive-thru.

The property management company noted Evo SOHO Suites is also easily accessible from North-South Expressway at Kajang, Selangor.

Andaman Group disclosed that Evo SOHO Suites’ land tenure is leasehold of 99 years expiring on 2107.

It said the SOHO has built-up areas of 454 sqft, 1,217 sqft, and 1,352 sqft.

Apart from that, Andaman Group said the company is also exhibiting a condominium project called Upper East @ Tiger Lane, Ipoh, Perak.

The project, with more than 500 units is situated across The Enclave, fronting Tiger Lane, and adjacent to the Thompson road.

The property management company said units at the condominium has built-up areas of 1,150 sqft, 1,505 sqft and 1,790 sqft.

Andaman Group said the facilities available at the condominium amongst others include, Olympic length swimming pool, wading pool, barbeque pits, Yoga deck, tennis court, squash courts, sauna room, party lawn, three-tier security, Intercom to guardhouse and so forth.

It added some of the amenities located close proximity include shopping centre, medical specialist centre hotels and schools for instance AEON Shopping Centre, KPJ Medical Centre, Pantai Medical Centre, Ipoh Turf Club, Kelab Golf Diraja Ipoh, Impiana Hotel, Heritage Hotel, St Michael’s, SMK Sam Tet, SMJK Pooi Nam.

The property management company noted the land tenure of the project is freehold.
