NILAI: The Negeri Sembilan Immigration Department detained 58 illegal immigrants, including an eight-month pregnant lady, during an Ops 6P raid at a construction site at Bandar Enstek near here yesterday.
Its director Faizal Fazri Othman said the pregnant woman was among 118 foreign nationals screened at the site during the operation.
The 58 detained comprised 45 men, 11 women and two children.
“Most of the illegal immigrants detained had either no valid travel documents, overstayed, misused their social visit pass or had false documents,” he told reporters here after the three-hour operation that involved
